Affordable Quality Painting is currently seeking an Account Executive /Sales Roll. AQP is growing and we strive to give our customers the best service in the industry.

We are currently seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team
Your Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective clients through various marketing channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to assess client needs, discuss project details, and offer tailored solutions.
Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates, including labor and material costs.
Present estimates to potential clients and negotiate contracts to win new business.
Maintain a strong knowledge of our services, techniques, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with our team of skilled painters and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
Continuously work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
What We Need From You:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the painting or home improvement industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the Orlando, FL market (or any FL, market) and a commitment to promoting local businesses.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Salesforce or CRM Experience (bonus, not required)
Enjoy’s Golf (bonus, not required)
Compensation
Base - Market Value
Sales Based Bonus - $10,000 - $20,000
