We are currently seeking an energetic, results-driven Marketing Representative to join our growing team

Position Overview 

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to manage and grow our pipeline for commercial, multi-family and community association customers. This role focuses heavily on following up with inbound leads, active proposals, trade shows and trade show contacts, turning warm opportunities into long-term partnerships.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in relationship-based sales and understands the importance of consistent follow-up and professional communication. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Follow up on inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM 

• Proactively manage and track all active proposals 

• Re-engage dormant leads and past clients 

• Follow up with trade show and networking contacts 

• Maintain accurate records in CRM

• Coordinate with operations and estimating teams 

• Build long-term relationships with property management companies 

• Support marketing and trade show initiatives 

• Track KPIs such as: Lead-to-meeting conversion, Proposal follow-up cadence, Close rate 

• Attend and Own All Tradeshows & Marketing Activities

Ideal Candidate 

• No Experience Needed - Eager, Energetic & Ready to Learn 

• Experience in construction, painting, or property services a plus 

• Strong phone, email, and follow-up skills 

• Highly organized and process-driven 

• Comfortable with CRM systems 

• Confident communicator with professional presence 

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
